    Ahhhh... I recommend you to lower the saturation of the background because it hurts the eyes now. Other than background, it seems great.

    Ugh, stone tiles and grass should definitely have higher contrast. It all seems very bland right now.

    Try toning down the red in those backgrounds as well, or better yet make them actually look like something from hell (spiky cliffs n stuff) instead of just cheaply fiddling with saturation and hue in Gimp.
