Hello, I'm having a bit of a problem with testing my latest map. Whenever I try to load it in singleplayer, the game shows a loading screen as usual, but then gives an error report:

The same thing happens to me when I try to load my new map.
I tried to load it on the server and in the sandbox mode, save with a different name, remove version.txt file but it doesn't help - KAG crashes everytime. I think the problem is with the map file but I have no idea what it is. My other maps always worked without a problem.

@Sgnt_Sneeky-Pants Did you manage to find the cause of this problem? Also it would be awesome to see the map with which you had this problem.

Below I attached my map - would be great to know if someone of you guys have the same problem with it...
    --- Double Post Merged, May 26, 2014, Original Post Date: May 19, 2014 ---
I think I found out what exactly crashing KAG, with what KAG has a problem.
As some of you know, some blocks have dirt/wodden/stone background - spikes are the best example. Each type has the appropriate color for the pixel on the map.
#B42A11 - spikes with no bg
    #B46111 - spikes on dirt
#B42A5E - spikes on stone backwall
#C82A5E - spikes on wood backwall
Some blocks such as dirt block are automatically generated with a dirt background. Whenever you destroy dirt, there's dirt background behind it (no stone backwall, no sky etc.) KAG just can't generate dirt block without dirt background.
This part is simple to understand.

However, there are some blocks which background (dirt or sky (sky means no background)) is generated by the game.
If you add on the map stone blocks or mossy stone, KAG will generate for them dirt or sky background automatically. It depends on the background of the other blocks which are located around. I know it's probably hard to understand, so:

    sfa1.png

First example (1) - Stone block is on the edge of the land. There's more sky around than blocks with a dirt background, so when you destroy stone block, there should be sky.

On the second example stone block is surrounded by dirt blocks (with dirt bg), so it will take their background. After its destruction there should be a dirt background.

The problem is when there's a mess like this (imagine it bigger with mossy stone between stone blocks):
    sfa.png
If you add to this some mossy stone blocks and it will be on the edge of the land (I think it don't have to be), it will be a problem for KAG to calculate what the background should be placed behind the blocks of stone. That's why KAG crashes on load.

The only way to fix it is to remove or put much less stone or mossy stone blocks.
I think it's unfixable. The only way for devs would be to add color for stone with dirt and sky background. After that all maps should be corrected by map makers, which would be a huge problem, bigger than this "bug".

Edit: I fixed the map I attached before by replacing mossy stone with normal stone blocks. Map is available in my thread.
